Welcome Kaitana Martinez Dahle, MSN, MPH, APRN-CNP, FNP-C!
We are thrilled to welcome Kaitana Dahle, MSN, MPH, APRN-CNP, FNP-C to Chandler Health starting September 24, 2026!
Kaitana is a Family Nurse Practitioner and public health professional who has a passion for partnering with patients and community members in their health and wellness journey! She is joining Chandler Health as our Director of Lifestyle and Community Wellness!
Kaitana completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College while a student-athlete playing women’s basketball. Her undergraduate adventures also took her to Stanford University, Peru, and Spain. She completed her Master’s Degree in Public Health, with an emphasis in health promotion and disease prevention, at Brigham Young University. She was selected as the 2018 MPH Student of the Year, and completed an internship at the Alaska Department of Health. Kaitana attended nursing and nurse practitioner school at The Ohio State University, where she was selected as the 2022 Family Nurse Practitioner Student of the Year.
Kaitana brings with her a passion for health and wellness, lifestyle medicine, and patient education. She values patient autonomy and enjoys helping patients make informed decisions about their health.
Kaitana looks forward to partnering with you in your health and wellness goals! She will be accepting new patients starting September 24th.
Why a Nurse Practitioner?
Nurse practitioners (NPs) are nationally certified, master’s or doctoral degree prepared, with advanced clinical training and education beyond initial professional registered nurse preparation. NP’s promote quality healthcare and improve clinical outcomes through a unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person.
Currently 27 states allow NPs to practice autonomously under their own state board of nursing licensure. This includes the ability to evaluate patients, diagnose conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate and manage treatments, including prescribing medications.
